| Cleaning in immersion tray |
| 1. Immerse instruments in warm 1-10% Micro solution(10-100 ml/Ltr, Max 50 C) |
| 2. Instruments with carbide insert, use only 1-3% Doctevo IR solution(10-30 ml/Ltr., Max 50C) |
| 3. After maximum contact of approximately 1 hour, remove instruments & rinse thoroughly with water and dry. |
| Cleaning in Ultrasonic bath |
| 1. Immense instruments in warm 1-2% Micro solution(10-20 ml/ltr., Max 50C) |
| Contact time of approx. 1-5 min in accordance with instrument manufacture’s data |

About Us
Doctevo IR is a quick, safe & efficient and cleaning solution that cleans rust ,pitting ,stains and corrosion from surgical instruments only made stainless steel, hardened chrome steel or chrome-nickel steel. Used routinely or on a monthly basis in conjunction with our enzymatic cleaners. Micro will restore the instrument’s original finish and loosen box-locks and joints. If spots & stains have not yet been removed, which may be the case with discoloration built on over a long time, treatment must be repeated. In addition the contact time of immersion may be extended up to 4 hours. The instruments under no circumstances unchecked should be immersed overnight in the solution. Scrubbing with wire brush must be avoided, otherwise stainless surface will irreversibly damaged. Do not mix with other products.
A ten minutes soak will make instruments look like new :
1. Mild acidic solution cleans rust, stains, spotting and corrosion
2. Restores articulation to box-locks and joints
3. Renew the instruments by cleaning hard water salts deposition built up on instruments
4. Non-corrosion will not harm stainless steel
5. Save money by restoring instruments instead of replacing or repairing them
6. Restores instruments original finish
